ISV and Reseller Programs

The Rollbase Reseller Program allows you to start building cloud applications for free, on our servers or yours. Commercial developers, ISVs, and resellers of all kinds benefit from no startup costs associated with the Standard Reseller partnership and a free developer account.

For ISVs and resellers seeking full white labeling and the ability to provision and manage tenants directly, the Premium Reseller partnership is available for a $1,000 per month commitment (details below). We offer both a Hosted Cloud and Private Cloud partner program. Premium Partners receive their first 50 users free as well as free application design and development assistance, helping to bring applications from idea to reality in record time.

All resellers can sell applications built on Rollbase to new markets or their existing markets and users. Resellers bill customers for the product and services they offer, paying Rollbase a low monthly fee ranging from $5 per user (Private Cloud) to $15 per user (Hosted Cloud).

There are no costs associated with joining the Hosted Standard Reseller program, which provides the following benefits:

• Free Developer Account: All reseller partners receive a free developer account from which to build and publish their applications.
  
  
• Free Promotion: Rollbase will promote your application on it's website and announce its' availability in a press release for additional visibility.
  
  
• Partner Logo: Display a certified partner logo on your website giving customers confidence that your application is powered by proven SaaS technology.
  
  

The Hosted Premium Reseller program requires a $1,000/month commitment, and provides the following benefits in addition to those of the Standard program:

• First 50 Users Included: Premium partners get their first 50 subscribers included with the base monthly fee. You will only be billed for subscribers 51 and beyond.
  
  
• Partner Account: Hosted Premium partners get an account in the Rollbase central management system, which provides the ability to create and manage Rollbase.com tenants (i.e. customer accounts) using a subset of the same on-demand tools used to manage tenants by Rollbase employees. This eliminates the dependency partners have on Rollbase for customer deployment and maintenance.
  
  
• Free Application Development Help: Rollbase provides significant development help and advice to Premium Partners helping to bringing applications from idea to finished product.
  
  
• Custom Login and Forgot Password Pages: Resellers with dedicated websites for their companies and products can host their own custom branded Rollbase login and forgot password pages, making Rollbase transparent to end users. Any number of custom login pages can be created and hosted externally allowing resellers to have different login mechanisms for each application they offer, dedicated login pages for key customers, or a central login for all of their customers.
  
  
• Custom Application Directory: A custom branded, private application directory is provided to resellers allowing customers and prospects to view and install applications directly from their website.
  
  
• Customizable Platform Name: Replace the "Rollbase" product name throughout the entire platform with your own product, platform or company name.
  
  
• Customizable URLs: All default external links within the platform that point to Rollbase-hosted pages, such as Terms of Service, Privacy Statement, etc, can be redirected to pages hosted externally by you. NOTE: The URL of the platform itself cannot be changed, users still see www.rollbase.com in the browser's address bar. (See Rollbase Private Cloud for an installable version of Rollbase, which you can run on your own domain.)
  
  
• Automatically Provisioned Free Trials: Resellers can now offer automatically-provisioned free 30 day trials of any of their applications through dedicated pages on their websites. This includes the ability to customize and brand automated emails sent from the system.
