Support Requests
Our customer support representatives are available to help with your technical challenges, setup issues, and how-to questions through the online support portal which you can access by clicking the "Support" link in the top right of your Rollbase account. All requests receive a response within 24 hours.

Customer support representatives are also available via phone for all customers, partners and trial users. To contact a support representative by phone dial 1-866-369-7022. Telephone support is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday, excluding official Rollbase holidays.
