A.M. ZUMBA

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Emphasis is on working at your own pace and in your own "comfort zone" so it is very appropriate for all levels. Free childcare, locker rooms and sweat towels provided.

AERIAL YOGA

Must register online at www.stellarfitnessllc.com to secure your spot or pay on site the day of class. Yoga in hammocks will give you the best stretch ever. This is a fun and relaxing class. We offer beginning and intermediate classes. Please be sure to sign up for the correct class. Intermediate is only for experienced aerial yoga individuals. If these dates are inconvenient, call us! We will be adding more days to the schedule in the near future. Beginner and intermediate classes offered, can be customized to fit your schedule! Our motivating instructors keep the energy level high and the camaraderie strong while helping you achieve those results you’ve been looking for. Choose from Mondays (5:30PM), Wednesdays (5:30 and/or 7:00PM), and Saturdays (9:00AM). Pick any two each week to fit your schedule!

BELLY DANCE WITH KAREENA

During this six-week course, Kareena will teach belly dance technique with a fun choreography. Belly Dance is a low impact, full body exercise that helps build coordination and confidence. Kareena likes to foster a friendly class atmosphere where any skill level is welcome. Students need to wear comfortable clothes for moving in and can dance in bare feet. Hip scarves will be available during class for any student that does not have their own.

CHAIR YOGA

Chair Yoga is specifically designed for the active aging adult. The class combines a series of poses to increase flexibility, range of motion, strength, posture and body awareness and will deliver a comprehensive and beneficial workout. SATURDAY MORNING TAI CHI CHUAN

Paul’s American Kenpo Karate is pleased to offer Saturday morning Tai Chi Chuan for Springettsbury Township. This class is open to all adults ages 18 and up who wish to learn the mental and physical benefits of Tai Chi. We will teach the simplified Lee family form and explain the concepts and principal of the stances and sequences.
